Payment
Full payment is required at the time of booking. All prices displayed are in New Zealand dollars.
Withdrawal & refund
If you have registered for a workshop and you want to cancel or withdraw, please let us know a minimum of 7 days in advance otherwise no refund or transfer will apply. An administration fee will be charged ($10 per booking).
There is NO refund or transfer if you withdraw less than 7 days before a workshop starts.
Can’t attend?
If the tutor and/or manager agree, you may gift your place in the course you can’t attend to a friend at no charge.
Changes
Howick Historical Village reserves the right to make changes to workshops.
Cancellations
We will give a full refund if workshop is already full when you enrol or if it is cancelled. A minimum number of class participants is required for a workshop to go ahead.
Your credit card
We will collect your credit card information only when you are making a transaction with us. We do not store this information. Instead we use a third party specialist provider to process your transaction.
How we protect your privacy
We use security measures to protect your personal information. We do not share your information with any third party, use it, or allow it to be used for anything other than to provide you with information on Howick Historical Village and any transactions for goods and services which you choose to make with us.
