Pricing Guidelines

All set-up and pack-up must be completed within booking time slots (unless otherwise arranged with Venue Hire Administrator).

Prices do not include a refundable bond. For our wedding packages, click here.

  • Full Day | 9am-5pm

    $875+ GST

    Half Day | 4 r slot between 9am-5pm

    $475+ GST

    ($100+ GST for each additional hr)

  • Full Day | 10am-5pm

    $1550+ GST

    Half Day | 4 r slot between 10am-5pm

    $950+ GST

    ($200+ GST for each additional hr)

  • Applies to all booking types

    Event must conclude at latest 12am

    5pm onwards with the minimum of a 4 hr booking | 5pm-9pm

    Any booking exceeding 9pm | $250+ GST per hr thereafter

  • For non-profit organizations, we offer a 50% discount on venue hire rates. Groups must provide evidence of their not-for-profit status in order to be eligible.

How to find Bell House

Head past Howick Historical Village, down Bells Road, towards the Rugby Club. Bell House will be on your left, with free parking directly opposite the venue.

Please do not park in the Howick Historical Village or Cafe car park.
