GROUP VISITS
A unique living history museum, presenting the stories of Tāmaki Makaurau Auckland's early settlers though authentic historical buildings set in heritage gardens, a visit to Howick Historical Village is a great outing for tour groups, clubs, community organisations and other institutions.
Following an introductory a talk, guests explore at their own pace with a map. The discounted admission rates for groups (10+) is $12 per person.

Extend the visit in an interactive demonstration with a costumed guide. Options include butter making, beeswax candle making, 'Wash Day', a Victorian school lesson, rag rug making, other crafts and more. Bookings are essential. Cost $50 +GST.

Book an exclusive private tea service or high tea luncheon in beautiful Bell house, an elegant Category 1 listed historic house built in 1852. This is served from the vintage fine china tea-set trios and makes for a memorable experience! Services are available on weekdays. Bookings are essential.
Devonshire Morning or Afternoon Tea, $10 per person - tea/coffee & scone with cream & jam (vintage china crockery).
High tea luncheon, $32 per person - tea/coffee, sandwiches & savouries, scone with cream & jam, x2 sweet treats (vintage china crockery).
Basic buffet luncheon, $25 per person. Filled rolls/sandwiches, mini pies/savouries, a sweet option and self-service tea/coffee (regular cups) .

An outing to the village makes for a fun team building day! Interactive demos can be adapted into group challenges with custom content added (e.g. schoolhouse quiz). Outdoor games and scavenger hunts are available on request.
