EcoFest 2023 has begun!

We are proud to celebrate our unique & sustainable environment here at Howick Historical Village in the Mauri Noho (Conscious Living) category of EcoFest.

In daily life during the 1850s, sustainability underpinned everything. Everything was homemade and grown, nothing was wasted. We are continuing these eco-friendly habits, and teaching them to our modern community!

What's On:

• Butter making: 9th and 12th April, 11am-3pm.

• Candle making: 11th and 13th April, 11am-12pm.
