Market Overview
The Village Farmers Market at Bell House is a curated monthly market celebrating locally grown, and artisan food and craft.

We aim to create a warm, high-quality market that supports small producers and offers visitors something truly special.

Market Dates

The Village Farmers Market will start on the 5th of April 2026 with a view to be held on the 1st Sunday of each month at Bell House grounds.

Stall Fees

Standard 3m x 3m site: $ 35.00 Launch Price

Table (1.2x.9m) inside only: $25.00
Power (if required): $ 5

Payment is required prior to market day to secure your site.

Terms & Conditions

By submitting this application, you agree to the following:

1. Product Integrity

  • All products must be what was agreed to in the original application without product creep.

  • No mass-produced, or commercially on-sold goods are permitted.

  • The Market reserves the right to decline products that do not align with our ethos.

2. Approval Process

  • Acceptance is at the discretion of the Market Manager.

  • Product categories may be limited to ensure variety and avoid duplication.

3. Food Compliance

  • All food vendors must comply with the Food Act 2014.

  • Vendors must display appropriate registration and follow food safety requirements at all times.

  • Handwashing facilities must be available where required.

4. Insurance & Liability

  • Stallholders are responsible for their own product insurance.

  • Stallholder insurance is recommended.

  • The Village Farmers Market at Bell House accepts no responsibility for loss, damage, theft, or injury.

5. Site Setup

  • Vendors must supply their own gazebo, weights (minimum 5kg per leg), tables, and display equipment.

  • Sites must be fully set up 30 minutes prior to opening.

  • Vehicles must be removed from the market area before opening time unless approved.

6. Weather Policy

  • The market operates rain or shine unless deemed unsafe.

  • Cancellation due to severe weather is at the discretion of the Market Manager.

  • Stall fees may be transferred (not refunded) if the market is cancelled by organisers.

7. Cancellations by Stallholder

  • 2 or more days’ notice.

  • Less than 2 days: no refund or credit (except exceptional circumstances).

8. Conduct

  • Stallholders must behave professionally and respectfully.

  • No amplified music without prior approval.

  • The Village Farmers Market reserves the right to ask any vendor to leave for misconduct or breach of terms.

9. Clean-Up

  • Stallholders must leave their site clean and remove all rubbish.

  • Failure to do so may affect future acceptance.
